Fitbit Setup

It's critical that if you buy a new Fitbit Tracker to replace an old one, you don't establish a new Fitbit account in the process. Please choose EXISTING USER and login with your valid Fitbit credentials during device Fitbit Setup.

To add a new device to your existing account, follow these steps:

Fitbit App for Mobile:

• Tap or click the Account icon on the Fitbit app dashboard.
• Select Set Up a Device from the drop-down menu.
• To proceed, select your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions.

Desktop Software for Fitbit:

• On your computer, click the Fitbit Connect icon near the date and time.
• To access the main menu, select Open Main Menu...
• To set up a new Fitbit device, go to Set Up A New Fitbit Device.
• Log in to your account by clicking Existing User.
• To proceed, select your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions.
