radio-browser.info does not allow updates

Hi,

I know that this is not a direct nextcloud-app-radio issue, but it is worth mentioning that radio-browser.info does not allow any DB updates at the moment. The reason for this are as follows, according to the top entry in their FAQ:

This is a problem for nextcloud-app-radio users, since we do not have an explicit way to add our own radio stations. A lot of the entries that are currently in the DB have grown stale, and does not work anymore.
