bx50v3: Enable CONFIG_OF_LIBFDT in defconfig 


As of commit 69e173eb, CONFIG_OF_LIBFDT
needs to be selected in defconfig instead of board specific header file.
Hence enable CONFIG_OF_LIBFDT in defconfig.
