Blackfin: convert BFIN_CPU to CONFIG_BFIN_CPU · f7ce12cb

Stop tying things to the processor that should be tied to other defines and
change BFIN_CPU to CONFIG_BFIN_CPU so that it can be used in the build
system to select the -mcpu option.
